Vivid2Real uses your email address and chosen language to send painting tips, artwork updates and occasional offers. Submitting this form subscribes you immediately; it does not verify ownership of the email address. We store your signup page, status, relevant dates, consent method and consent text version in WordPress. The form does not collect your name or photos. The module does not store raw IP addresses. Welcome emails are processed by our configured email provider. Only authorized administrators can access the list. Unsubscribe using the link in your welcome email or future marketing emails. Active records are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion; a minimal unsubscribe record helps prevent further contact. Historical unconfirmed records are removed after 30 days. Contact owen@vivid2real.com for access or deletion. Enquiries and promotional photo permissions are separate from subscriptions.
